Hopkins and Company is a family-run hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia founded in 2002 by husband and wife duo Chef Linton and Gina Hopkins.
Hopkins and Company (formerly Resurgens Hospitality Group) owns and operates Restaurant Eugene, Holeman & Finch Public House, Holeman & Finch Bottle Shop, Eugene Kitchen, H&F Burger, Hop's Chicken, and C. Ellet’s Steakhouse. An Atlanta mainstay for nearly 20 years, Chef Linton and Gina Hopkins have long supported their community as co-founders of the Peachtree Road Farmers Market. Chef Linton Hopkins holds a James Beard Award and numerous other accolades for excellence in cuisine and hospitality. Gina Hopkins is a certified sommelier with a passion for life-long learning, development and leadership.
