Hopkins and Company is a family-run hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia founded in 2002 by husband and wife duo Chef Linton and Gina Hopkins.
Hopkins and Company (formerly Resurgens Hospitality Group) owns and operates Holeman & Finch Public House, Holeman & Finch Bottle Shop, Eugene Kitchen, H&F Burger, Hop's Chicken, and C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, as well as soon-to-open Eugene & Elizabeth’s and H&F Burger Asheville. An Atlanta mainstay for nearly 20 years, Chef Linton and Gina Hopkins have long supported their community as co-founders of the Peachtree Road Farmers Market. Chef Linton Hopkins holds a James Beard Award and numerous other accolades for excellence in cuisine and hospitality. Gina Hopkins is a certified sommelier with a passion for life-long learning, development and leadership.
