ABOUT US
Hopkins and Company is a boutique Atlanta-based hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia founded by Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins in 2004. What began with Restaurant Eugene has grown over more than two decades into a collection of neighborhood restaurants, bars and shops, each with its own character but a shared approach to food, drink and hospitality.
Our locations include Holeman and Finch Public House, C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, Holeman & Finch Bottle Shop, H&F Burger, and Hop's Chicken. Gina, a Certified Sommelier and James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellow, and Linton, a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Southeast, continue to lead the company alongside a team of hospitality professionals across Atlanta.
We look forward to welcoming you to one of our charming spaces soon.
Our Locations
Holeman and Finch Public House
Holeman and Finch Public House opened in 2008 and has been part of Atlanta’s dining landscape ever since. Now at home in Colony Square in the heart of Midtown, our public house is rooted in a whole-animal, whole-vegetable approach to cooking, with a menu that changes with the seasons and a bar built around good wine, spirits, beer and classic cocktails.
We’re open seven days a week, lunch through late evening. Stop in for a burger at the bar, oysters and a martini, Sunday Roast, or settle in for dinner and stay awhile.
C. Ellet’s Steakhouse
Just steps from Truist Park at The Battery Atlanta, C. Ellet’s opened in 2017 as our take on the American steakhouse. The restaurant brings together steaks and seafood, oysters, seasonal ingredients and the influence of New Orleans cooking and hospitality.
Our doors are open seven days a week, with lunch, dinner and weekend jazz brunch. Come before a Braves game, plan a meeting in one of our private dining rooms, or make a night of it on Prime Rib Wednesdays with a pour from our growing whisk(e)y collection.
Holeman and Finch Bottle Shop
Our Bottle Shop opened in Peachtree Battle Shopping Center in 2011, growing out of the beverage program at Holeman and Finch Public House. Our shelves bring together wine, spirits, and beer, from everyday bottles to small-production releases.
Come by when you need a bottle for dinner, a gift, something new to try or a little help stocking the bar at home. We also carry ready-to-drink and non-alcoholic selections, and can special-order for your next event, too.
Hop’s Chicken
Opened in 2015 at Ponce City Market, Hop’s Chicken is our Southern fried chicken stand centered around chicken served by the piece, alongside biscuits, sandwiches, mac and cheese, seasonal sides and freshly made lemonade and iced tea.
Find us in the Central Food Hall seven days a week. Grab a seat and eat it while it’s hot, or take a bucket home and call dinner handled.
H&F Burger
Before there was H&F Burger, there were 24 cheeseburgers served every night at 10 p.m. at Holeman and Finch Public House. What started as a late-night special took on a life of its own, and in 2015 we gave the H&F Cheeseburger a permanent home at Ponce City Market.
The original double-stack is still at the heart of our menu, joined by sandwiches, shakes and a selection of drinks. We’re open daily with counter seating inside and a takeout window when you’re on the move. Either way, It’s Burger Time.
LET’S GET TOGETHER.
Hopkins and Company has been part of Atlanta's restaurant community since 2004. Today, our team works across restaurants, bars and shops throughout the city, with opportunities in the kitchen, dining room, behind the bar, in management and beyond.
We are always looking for people with a can-do attitude and a laugh-out-loud spirit. Experience is important for some positions and something we can teach for others. What matters is a willingness to learn, contribute and take care of the people around you. This is a place to develop your craft and build a career in hospitality.
If that sounds like you, we’d like to meet you.
