Hopkins and Company is a boutique hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia. Guided by Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins, we are a team of dedicated professionals championing integrity and generosity in the restaurant industry. Though no two roles are the same, each individual is connected through a shared commitment to great service, celebrating one another, and serving the highest quality food and beverage available.
Founded in 2004, our locations include Holeman & Finch Public House, C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, Holeman & Finch Bottle Shop, H&F Burger, Hop's Chicken, and The Buttery ATL. Gina Hopkins is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellow. Chef Linton Hopkins holds a James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast and together, they have numerous other accolades for excellence in cuisine and hospitality.

Located in the heart of midtown in Colony Square, Holeman and Finch Public House is a classic gastropub turned modern destination. The restaurant presents artisanal twists on classic dishes with a whole animal, whole vegetable philosophy.

The Buttery is a bakery and café serving fresh breads and pastries, specialty cakes and pies, and handcrafted coffee in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia near the intersection of Cheshire Bridge and Piedmont Road.
C. Ellet’s Steakhouse
C. Ellet’s is an American steak and seafood restaurant celebrating the spirit of New Orleans cuisine and the area’s freshest seasonal ingredients. The premier dining destination in the Battery Atlanta, this restaurant is the place to be when cheering the home team.
Hop’s Chicken
Located next to H&F Burger at Ponce City Market, Hop’s is a fun place for the whole family. With buckets of fried chicken, the cheesiest mac & cheese, and their famous Arnold Palmers, theres something for everyone!

At Holeman and Finch Bottle Shop, our shelves feature a curated selection of well-known and artisan spirits, wines, craft beer, and sake with ready-to-drink and non-alcoholic offerings. Visit us in Peachtree Battle Shopping Center or pre-order online!
H&F Burger
Located in Ponce City Market, H&F Burger offers two dining options - dine in with our counter style seating or quick service at our takeout window. The menu offers the classic double-stack and other favorites like our Texas Rodeo Burger and Ave’s Turkey Burger. No matter when you visit, It’s Burger Time.
